Scheduling Advising Appointments
Advising appointments are generally held weekdays between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., although on occasion advisers see students earlier or later in the day. Most advisers are at lunch between noon and 1:00 p.m.
The procedure for scheduling an advising appointment depends on the time of year:
- First two days of the quarter
- In person at the advising reception desk (Harper 280) only
- Remainder of the quarter
- In person at the advising reception desk or by calling 773-702-8615
Note: If you have an urgent question/ problem, you should not wait to schedule an appointment. Please contact your adviser directly on a walk-in basis or by e-mail or telephone. If your adviser is not available, ask at the advising reception desk (702-8615) to speak to the Adviser-on-Call.
