Who are we?
The College Core Tutor Program is a peer-based tutoring program designed to provide one-on-one assistance and small group support to undergraduate students completing the Core requirements. The College sponsors this Program for students who wish to have additional assistance in chemistry, economics, mathematics, physics, and writing. The tutors in math, science, and economics are graduate students or upperclassmen in the College. The Writing Tutors are all students in graduate or professional programs at the University of Chicago.

The priority Core classes are general chemistry, general physics, calculus, microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics.

When and where?
Tutors are available in Harper Library on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings and in Max Palevsky Hall and Shoreland Hall on some evenings. For specific times and locations, please consult the Tutor Schedule.
